Return ratings as of November 11, 2019

Players who have retired or are absent from the circuit for longer than half a year, are removed from the regular ranking list. From that moment, these players lose one rating point per day of absence. These players return to the ranking list the day they resume playing and complete their first match at WTA-, ITF- or Fed Cup level, singles or doubles.
